How long does the hair last ?

How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Pls treat it like your own natural hair and take very good care of it. Normally our top raw hair can be used over 4 years while virgin hair can be used over 3 years.

Can they be straightened, curled?

Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style raw hair or virgin hair.
However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Does the hair shed?

Our raw and virgin hair experiences very minimal shedding, meaning there will never be a noticeable or drastic loss in density or volume. Any hair that has been stitched onto a weft may experience slight shedding, which is completely normal. However, after the second shampoo, shedding should no longer occur. To maintain the longevity of your extensions, avoid heat damage, over-processing, or moisture loss. Always use a heat protectant before applying thermal tools, have a licensed professional handle coloring, and shampoo & condition your extensions at least once a week for optimal health and longevity.

Does the Hair Tangle?

Initially, our hair remains tangle-free. However, tangling may occur over time due to dryness, product buildup, or improper care. Factors such as excessive use of holding sprays, oils, and other styling products can create buildup, making the hair more prone to tangling. Lack of moisture, skipping regular shampooing and deep conditioning, or excessive heat styling without protection can also contribute to tangling. To keep your extensions smooth and manageable, be sure to cleanse them regularly, deep condition, and avoid heavy product buildup.

How many much does each bundle weigh?

Each bundle weighs between 93-100 grams, equivalent to approximately 3.2-3.5 oz. Because bundle weights may vary, two bundles of the same length can have different weft lengths. Because bundles are made by different workers. It's important to note that bundles should always be measured by weight, not by the length of the track.

How many bundles do I need?

We recommend the following bundle quantities based on your desired length:

12-16 inches -At least 2 bundles
18-24 inches - At least 3 bundles
26-32 inches - At least 4 bundles

What are your wholesale prices and minimum order quantities ?

We offer flexible wholesale pricing with no minimum order requirement. Whether you’re a new reseller, hairstylist, or salon owner, you’re welcome to order just 1 piece to test our quality. Most of our new clients start with a small test order of 3–15 pieces before scaling up.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds for items returned in the same condition as received, with the Miink seal intact.

• If you no longer need the hair upon receiving it, you must send clear photos of the bundles to whatsApp +86 13126053720 for approval before a refund is granted.

•Once approved, returns will be accepted for items that can be restocked.

•You have 7 days to return the items for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Important Notes: Curly Textures (ex: Tight Curly, Deep Wave, Body Wave, Italian Curly); Refunds will not be granted if the curls have been finger-combed, pulled apart, or manipulated, resulting in frizz.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be given for hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, cut, or made into a wig.

Do you offer overnight/expedited shipping?

We don't offer overnight or expedited shipping. All hair items in stock can be shipped in the same day when clients place hair orders. Delivery time is 3 to 5 days by FedEx or DHL after hair order shipped out
